Welcome to the Infinity Team and congratulations on your new Rodan+Fields business!!! Our team is a collaborative and supportive group that is excited to welcome you! This is our team page The main thing to focus on right now is using the products, making your list of people you want to share your new business with and picking a date for your launch. This is a summary to what you’re going to learn

1.Creating a CONTACT LIST becomes the lifeline of your business. Keep it handy and determine a system that works best for you either a written paper log, notes app on your phone, or a spreadsheet, some use a file card system. Whatever works for you, just so you can keep adding to it.

2. Take a moment to consider how you would answer the questions “Why have you started a business with Rodan+Fields? What do you want to accomplish with it? What was of interest and caught your attention? This is your WHY for you business.

3. START SHARING your new business and your WHY with people on your list! KEEP IT FUN!!  Enthusiasm is your best friend! Be a product of the product…. wear and share! BE SURE TO TAKE A BEFORE PIC! Invite your interested prospects to a quick call with your sponsor. Remember, your sponsor works for you! … so keep her busy meeting your network. Your most helpful tool is called a 3-way call or “quick call” with another consultant. My advice is to contact everyone, this business is growing fast and we don’t want to miss an opportunity. Offer your family or closest friends to be your FIRST PREFERRED CUSTOMER, or even a BUSINESS PARTNER. Preferred Customers get 10% off and free shipping and consultants get 25% off!

4.  Preferred Customer paper order form and product catalog should be kept in your purse always! This,  with your skin assessment test on your phone gives you the ability to take your business with you wherever you go.  Ask your sponsor to help enter your first PC order.  Send out FB messages, emails, texts, etc inviting to hear more, go to your launch event or another RF event in your area. Arrange a few coffee dates, lunch or dinner. Think BIG, the leaders who build their businesses fast send out over 200 messages/emails/texts their first month. The initial goal is to help you recoup your investment and get your kit reimbursement from Rodan+Fields which involves finding 2 people who’d like to join you in business and help them do the same by the end of your third  full month in business. 5. Post on your Facebook with your big announcement!!! “I am so excited to announce that I just joined Rodan+Fields!! It will get a lot of your friends curious… and making it fun is more interesting. Two daily posts on FB and other social media, it is a good practice because just posting once, you’ll miss reaching most people because they won’t get on FB and see it. It may take time for some, but you will get into their newsfeed. Friend other RF consultants on our team and duplicate what the successful leaders do.

7. Let’s get your BUSINESS LAUNCH (BBL) scheduled ASAP!!! The sooner the better! within the first 2 weeks you are in business. This is a great way to let family and friends know about your new business and the fantastic opportunity and the amazing products. I recommend you hold 2 events over the next few weeks so that you can introduce the products and biz to friends in different circles. Announce your business even to those out of town because you are expanding your business everywhere!

8. ASK your sponsor to help put shortcuts to important resources on your phone. These links ad all forms you will need are under the forms tab on this page

9. I recommend adding a signature to your email (and on your phone). I’ve had several people learn about my business because of my email signature.

10. Team Calls – Plug in as often as possible to the variety of training opportunities that are available to you. There are weekly Sunday Training calls with replays available for 1 week.
