You guys! I’m going to be 40 in 7 months. And I have to be honest, I am not afraid of entering my 40’s {I actually look forward to the next decade of life}. But I have felt the effects of this reality every time I look in the mirror, as of late.
After years of loss and the long-term adjustment to motherhood, I’m tired. And it shows on my face. Add to it the fact that I’m 100% Italian and one of an Italian woman’s guaranteed qualities is dark circles under her eyes and yeah. . .I’ve been preparing myself to look exhausted for the rest of my life.
TRUTH: A SKINCARE ROUTINE IS JUST LIKE A HEALTH OR FITNESS ROUTINE. YOU GET OUT OF IT WHAT YOU PUT IN AND SUCCESS IS OFTEN BASED UPON MANY FACTORS.
Using RF alone may not bring about your desired results. But using it consistently along with eating healthy and drinking lots of water will maximize your results. Some days, my face looks as tired and worn as it did last year. And typically, it has something to do with how I’ve been eating along with my lack of hydration and sleep.
